Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. – Hebrews 4:16

Has your light become dimmer over the years? Are you struggling to find your true path and calling? Do you wish for guidance from a trained professional who will understand and respect that your number one priority is building a relationship with God?

If so, you are definitely not alone. Many people have benefitted from the healing of the mind and the soul, that only a Christian perspective on therapy can give. We will be able to not only discuss the issues you are having but also openly discuss God, the Bible and your belief in the gracious nature of Jesus Christ.

I have been a therapist for over 15 years, but I have been a Christian my whole life. I understand the importance of focusing on God’s word and keeping His ways at the center of our lives.

I am a Christian who just happens to be a therapist. So when we meet be prepared to

    • Collaborate with you to find the approach that best works for you
    • Use prayer in each session.
    • Incorporate scripture into our conversations
    • Learn more about just how much you are loved by your creator.
    • All of this while applying the correct psychological principals

I will collaborate with you to holistically integrate the mind, body and spirit into your healing process, and not just randomly throw Bible verses at your problems.

You will also find that some faith-based counselors will be licensed by the state, and some will not. The reason for this is a state license prohibits a therapist from imposing personal beliefs onto clients. However, as Christian faith-based therapist, I am able to state clearly that we will be discussing spiritual matters and that the people who wish for this level of spiritual professional care can consent to receive Christian therapy.

At the end of the day, you need to decide what is the most important qualification you wish your counselor to have. If you do decide to pursue Christian Therapy, I will be happy to accommodate that request.

If you or someone you love is interested in exploring Christian psychotherapy treatment, please be in touch with me. I would be happy to discuss how I may be able to help.
